DueWallet Terms & Conditions / End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the DueWallet mobile app or website (collectively, “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using DueWallet, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age to use financial services in your jurisdiction.
2. Service Overview
DueWallet provides a cryptocurrency wallet and exchange platform. Users can:
- Store, send, and receive supported cryptocurrencies
- Access live market data and trading features
- Use additional features provided in the Service
All services are subject to availability and local regulatory restrictions.
3. Account Registration
- You must create an account to use certain features.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Maintain the security of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of DueWallet is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to such data practices.
5. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading and holding involve substantial risk. By using DueWallet:
- You acknowledge the volatile nature of crypto markets
- You agree that DueWallet is not responsible for market losses
- You understand that past performance is not indicative of future results
6. User Responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.
- Do not use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Protect your private keys, passwords, and device access.
DueWallet cannot recover lost or stolen funds if your security is compromised.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Engaging in illegal transactions
- Circumventing security or attempting unauthorized access
- Using the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit purposes
Violation may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and logos on DueWallet are owned or licensed by DueWallet.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
- The DueWallet logo, graphics, and trademarks are protected by law.
9. Fees
Certain transactions may incur fees (network fees, exchange fees, or service charges). Fees are displayed in the app prior to transaction completion. DueWallet reserves the right to change fees at any time with notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
DueWallet provides the Service “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility, technical failures, or security breaches. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the Service.
11. Termination
DueWallet may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required by law or regulatory authority
- Service is discontinued
Termination does not affect your obligations incurred prior to termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DueWallet is registered. Any disputes will be resolved under those laws, without regard to conflict of law rules.
13. Amendments
DueWallet may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website and in the app. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Duewallet operates as a technology platform providing access to digital asset tools and third-party services. Duewallet does not custody customer funds, operate as a bank, or act as a broker-dealer or investment advisor.
