How to Recover Your Wallet

If you lost access to your wallet, you can recover it using your recovery phrase in the DueWallet app. Please follow these steps carefully:

• Open the DueWallet app on your device.
• Select Recover Wallet from the home screen.
• Enter your 12/24-word recovery phrase in the exact order provided during wallet creation.
• Set a new PIN/password for your wallet to secure it.
• Confirm all details and access your recovered wallet.

Important: Never share your recovery phrase with anyone. DueWallet staff will never ask for it.
