What is 2FA?
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your wallet account. Even if someone knows your password, they cannot access your account without the second authentication factor.
Why Enable 2FA?

- Secures sensitive wallet transactions and withdrawals.
- Complies with best security practices for cryptocurrency management.
How to Enable 2FA on DueWallet
- Log in to your DueWallet account.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Security.
- Click on Enable 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator, Authy).
- Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app to confirm setup.
- Save backup codes in a secure location in case your device is lost.
Troubleshooting & Tips
- Ensure your device clock is synchronized to avoid code mismatch.
- Do not share your backup codes with anyone.
- If you lose access to your 2FA device, contact DueWallet support immediately.
